Lead Software Engineer

Experience: 5–8+ years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy ML/AI models for banking use cases such as customer analytics, risk, fraud, personalization and process optimization.

Perform exploratory analysis, feature engineering, model training and validation.

Work with large structured and unstructured datasets.

Collaborate with business, data engineering and technology teams to productionize models.

Key Skills: Python, SQL, ML/AI, statistical modelling, Pandas/Scikit-learn, cloud ML platforms; GenAI/LLM exposure desirable. Banking/financial services experience preferred
