Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and manage Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and MCP Gateway

Implement AI security, governance, and compliance controls

Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and backend systems

Manage containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines

Configure and support PostgreSQL, Redis, and shared platform services

Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for platform delivery

Ensure monitoring, logging, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities

Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and operational best practices

Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and architecture teams to onboard AI use cases

Provide technical troubleshooting, platform support, and operational guidance

Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Application Integration

Technical lead-level expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes, Linux, Containers, CI/CD, and Infrastructure Automation

Strong experience with databases, caching technologies, networking, security, and enterprise platform operations

Experience deploying, managing, and supporting enterprise applications in Production environments

Hands-on experience with containerized and distributed systems

Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and backend services

Experience Working With AI/ML Or GenAI Platforms Is Preferred

Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs

Should Have

Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
