Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead / Test Manager to lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities for an enterprise transformation program. The role focuses on test governance, planning, execution leadership, and release readiness, working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and overall testing governance (SIT/UAT/Regression)
- Lead test execution across multiple workstreams (Salesforce + integrations) and ensure full requirements traceability
- Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, vendors, and business users
- Drive defect management (triage, prioritization, follow-up, reporting) and ensure timely resolution
- Establish testing KPIs and reporting dashboards (progress, coverage, risks, readiness)
- Ensure alignment between testing cycles, release roadmap, and deployment activities
- Support go-live preparation, cutover readiness, and hypercare validation
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA, including experience as a Test Lead / Test Manager
- Strong knowledge of test management best practices (strategy, planning, governance, reporting)
- Experience in enterprise platforms and complex programs with multiple integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Jira / Xray / Zephyr / Azure DevOps
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to drive alignment across teams
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to Tosca test automation (not mandatory)
- Experience with CRM integration testing (APIs, middleware, data flows)
- Agile / SAFe delivery experience
- ISTQB certification or equivalent
