Salesforce CRM Integration Architect | Freelancing Contract

Role Summary
IT Domain Architect responsible for end-to-end architecture of CRM systems, with a strong focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and omni-channel integrations. The role aligns sales technology with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Sales & CRM domain architecture aligned with enterprise architecture
- Lead architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrations with digital & omni-channel platforms
- Drive scalable, secure, and future-proof sales technology solutions
- Partner closely with business stakeholders (Sales, CRM, Marketing)
- Leverage AI & process mining to optimize sales processes and customer/agent engagement
Must-Have Requirements
- 10+ years experience in IT / Enterprise Architecture
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM / Sales Cloud
- Strong experience with system integrations & omni-channel architecture
- TOGAF 9 or TOGAF 10 certification (mandatory)
- Proven stakeholder management at senior level
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-driven sales insights or process mining
- Background in large enterprise / complex environments
