Job Description

Job Title: Leadership Development Consultant (1 Position)

About the Job
We are seeking an experienced, practical Leadership Development Consultant to design, deliver and scale leadership programs that strengthen manager capability, accelerate high-potential growth, and embed leadership behaviours across the organisation. You will partner with HR, senior leaders and business units to diagnose leadership capability gaps, create tailored learning journeys (workshops, coaching, 360-feedback, action learning), and measure impact through clear KPIs. This role is hands-on: you will design content, facilitate sessions, coach leaders, manage external providers, and transfer capability to internal L&D teams.

Responsibilities
- Conduct leadership capability diagnostics and stakeholder interviews to define needs and success metrics.
- Design end-to-end leadership programs and curricula (e.g., new manager, middle-manager, senior-leader, high-potential tracks).
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based workshops, simulations and action-learning experiences (virtual and in-person).
- Provide one-to-one executive and manager coaching; run 360 feedback processes and interpret reports for development plans.
- Build learning journeys combining blended modalities: workshops, coaching, e-learning, peer cohorts, and on-the-job projects.
- Design assessment tools, success metrics and evaluation frameworks (Kirkpatrick/Phillips or equivalent) to measure learning transfer and business impact.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to align programs with talent processes (succession, performance, mobility).
- Source, brief and manage external faculty, executive coaches and vendors; ensure quality and ROI.
- Create facilitator guides, participant materials, learning playbooks and manager toolkits for scale and sustainment.
- Coach line managers on feedback, performance conversations and development planning to embed a coaching culture.
- Maintain program budgets, schedules, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years experience designing and delivering leadership development, executive education or OD interventions; consultancy experience a plus.
- Proven track record of measurable impact from leadership programs (examples or case studies preferred).
- Certified coach or coaching qualification (e.g., ICF PCC/ACC) and/or L&D credentials desirable.
- Strong facilitation skills for senior audiences and experience with blended learning delivery.
- Comfortable with assessment tools (360s, personality instruments) and basic people-analytics to report outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and change-management capabilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools is beneficial.

What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape leadership capability with visible impact across the organisation.
- Collaborative environment and exposure to senior leadership.
- Competitive compensation and support for professional development and coaching certifications.
- Flexible working arrangements and budget for vendor/faculty engagement.
- A chance to build scalable leadership systems and leave a measurable legacy.

How to Apply
Please submit the following to [Confidential Information] with subject line Leadership Development Consultant:
1. CV / resume (max 2 pages)
2. Cover letter (1 page) describing a recent leadership program you designed and its measurable outcomes
3. Sample artifacts if available (program outline, facilitator guide, evaluation summary PDF or links)

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview and may be asked to present a brief 5-slide program concept or case study.
