Leads & Analytics Manager to join our team and drive smarter decision-making across our sales operations. You will track and optimize the full sales funnel, analyze lead sources, identify high-performing price segments, and ensure fair lead allocation across teams. Your insights will help our agents convert more leads into deals while improving overall company performance.
Conversion Monitoring
- Track the full sales funnel: Lead Contact Viewing Offer Deal
- Monitor performance by team, manager, and overall company
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Lead Source Accuracy
- Analyze the true source of deals
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date
- Produce monthly reports highlighting channels that deliver the highest quality leads
Price Segment Analysis
Report lead volume and conversion rates by price range: - Under 1M
- 1-2M
- 2-3M
- 3-5M
- Highlight strongest and weakest segments for business insights
Team Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports per team
- Monitor response times and untouched leads
- Flag underperformance for action
Underperforming Listings
- Identify listings generating low lead activity
- Inform agents and managers
- Suggest listing refreshes or price reviews based on data
Lead Allocation Oversight
- Ensure fair and efficient distribution of leads
- Flag over-allocation to low-converting agents
- Recommend redistribution when necessary
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate data analytics or sales operations
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills to liaise with agents and management
