We are looking for a Learning & Development Associate to support the design and implementation of learning solutions for both internal teams and external clients.
This role will work closely with the Learning & Development Team to support the development of structured learning paths, instructional materials, and learning initiatives that align with organizational and client capability needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design Instructional Support
- Assist in the design and development of structured learning paths and learning journeys.
- Support the creation and organization of instructional materials and learning content.
- Translate learning requirements into structured learning resources and course recommendations.
- Support the development of presentations, learning guides, and supporting documentation.
Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload, organize, and update courses and learning materials on the LMS.
- Track learning participation, completion rates, and learning activity.
- Support reporting and analytics related to LMS usage and learning progress.
Learning Platform Support
- Support the management and administration of the learning tool, such as LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.
- Assist in building and maintaining curated learning paths using available learning content.
- Track platform engagement and support learning adoption initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Assist in documenting learning requirements gathered from internal teams and external clients.
- Support the preparation of learning proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Research relevant learning resources, courses, and skill development areas.
Learning Research & Content Curation
- Research industry skills, competencies, and learning trends.
- Support the identification and curation of relevant courses aligned with skill development needs.
- Assist in organizing learning materials and maintaining the internal learning knowledge base.
Learning Operations
- Maintain learning documentation and project records.
- Support reporting on learning initiatives and learning progress.
- Assist in maintaining learning resources and content libraries.
Requirements Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, HR, or Training Coordination.
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
- Exposure to instructional design concepts or learning content development
Knowledge & Skills

Technical Skills

- Ability to manage learning content within LMS platforms.
- Familiarity with learning platforms and content curation tools is an advantage
