Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and support a high-performance culture across the organization.

This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, develop targeted learning interventions, and deliver impactful leadership development programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop leadership development programs that support clear career pathways from first-line managers to executive leadership levels.
  • Plan and deliver leadership development initiatives using a variety of modern learning methodologies.
  • Support managers in developing the skills and capabilities required to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of defined leadership behaviors across all organizational levels.
  • Integrate coaching principles into leadership and management development programs to strengthen leadership effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of leadership development initiatives and continuously improve learning offerings.
  • Promote internal learning solutions while strategically utilizing external learning partners when needed.
  • Create targeted development programs for high-potential employees and aspiring leaders preparing for leadership roles.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in leadership development.
  • Establish, execute, and monitor leadership development program rollouts.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance for leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop and strengthen professional and leadership capabilities across the workforce.
  • Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, business partners, universities, and learning vendors to design innovative learning solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • MBA or professional certification in Leadership / Learning & Development is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development roles.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering leadership programs.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership facilitation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and senior leadership levels.
