Job Description

Job Summary:

The Learning and Development Manager will lead the development and execution of training programs across our diverse portfolio of subsidiaries. This role is focused on enhancing employee skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and aligning training initiatives with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Assessment:
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate employee competencies and effectiveness.
  1. Program Design and Development:
  • Create comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to organizational goals.
  • Utilize a mix of learning methodologies, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and workshops.
  1. Training Implementation:
  • Organize and deliver various training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs via feedback and performance metrics.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the L&D budget.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective training solutions.
  1. Employee Development:
  • Design career development initiatives and succession planning programs.
  • Support talent management efforts to retain and develop high-potential employees.
  1. Compliance and Policy Development:
  • Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with management to align learning strategies with the business objectives.
  • Promote a positive learning culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 Years of experience in learning and development or corporate training, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
