Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Lead to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of learning initiatives that support business growth and employee development. The role will be responsible for building a strong learning culture, developing leadership capability, and ensuring employees have the skills needed to perform and grow within the organization.

This position will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and business units to align learning strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy

  • Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify skill gaps and future capability requirements across the organization.
  • Design learning frameworks to support employee growth, leadership development, and succession planning.

Training Programs

  • Design and deliver leadership development, management training, and professional skills programs.
  • Create blended learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and mentoring programs.
  • Oversee onboarding and development programs for new employees.

Leadership Development

  • Build and deliver programs focused on leadership capability and high-potential talent development.
  • Support internal mobility and succession planning through targeted learning pathways.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders and HR business partners to identify development needs.
  • Work closely with external training providers and learning partners when required.

Learning Culture

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Introduce modern learning solutions including digital learning platforms and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Measurement & Impact

  • Track learning effectiveness using KPIs such as engagement, skill improvement, and business impact.
  • Regularly review and optimize programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development roles.
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership development programs.
  • Strong knowledge of learning frameworks, competency models, and training methodologies.
  • Experience working in large or multi-national organizations is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
