Job Purpose
Partner with business and HR stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that build organizational and leadership capability, while ensuring effective end-to-end execution of training operations.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Identify learning needs in partnership with business leaders and HR.
- Design and implement technical, professional, and leadership development programs.
- Plan and execute the annual training calendar aligned to business priorities.
- Coordinate training logistics including invitations, scheduling, and communications.
- Manage training attendance tracking and reporting.
- Liaise with external training providers; manage vendor coordination and handle invoice validation and submission.
- Deliver or facilitate selected learning interventions where required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure impact on performance in partnership with direct managers.
- Track learning KPIs and provide periodic reports and insights.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, and facilitation skills
