Learning and Development Officer

Role description

Designs, implements, and evaluates training courses tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals within the company's scope, ensuring engaging and compelling learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop curriculum and training modules in coordination with subject matter experts. Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to refine courses. Manage learning technologies and platforms.

Has the ultimate responsibility for the courses development according to the agreed-upon curriculum plan and resources.

Qualifications

  • Master's in business administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in designing and developing content for commercial training courses.
  • Academic experience is a plus, but not a must.
  • Experience in healthcare leadership, management, or strategy is a plus.
  • Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Strong skills in Instructional Design for creating effective and engaging learning materials.
  • Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.

Duty hours

6 hours per day for five days per week (remote) Temporary assignment for a minimum of three months, subject to an extension.
