Job Purpose
As
Learning Experience Standards Lead, your role is to ensure that the learning experience of all our employees is aligned with Learning & Talents standards and governance framework, embedding international best practices and Emirates Group values.
In This Role You Will
- Lead development and implementation of learning and facilitation standards in line with internationally recognised best practices and Emirates Group values.
- Engage in quality assurance evaluation of vendor produced learning solutions to ensure alignment with Group standards.
- Drive a Group-wide strategy for quality assurance of all learning provision across the business, partner with all Group-wide learning providers.
- Provide Group-wide development support for all people delivering and designing training solutions throughout the business.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience to ensure all learners have optimal visibility of their learning journey.
- Accountable for monitoring and building Learning and Talent's brand strength within the broader business.
- Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
- Lead and develop a team. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, friendly and passionate team environment to ensure the development and retention of critical talent within Emirates.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Bachelors degree, or honours, in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Professional certification in training delivery and trainer training
- Progressive experience in a people development role
- Experience in learning standards development, implementation and quality audit

- Relevant Masters level qualification
- Coaching experience
- Excellent communication, relationship management and experience using data analysis to inform decisions and initiatives.
