Leasing Agent

Our client is currently hiring for the position of Leasing Agent.
Responsibilities:
. Promote and market available rental properties to prospective tenants
. Respond to inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner
. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the units
. Negotiate lease terms between landlords and tenants
. Prepare and process tenancy contracts and required documentation
. Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards
. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
. Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor activities
Requirements:
. Proven experience in real estate leasing or sales
. Strong communication and negotiation skills
. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and rental procedures
. Valid UAE driving license
