Leasing Associate | MAF Properties |Asset Management
ROLE SUMMARY
The position is responsible for performing various administrative tasks for the Leasing department and coordinating with various departments, including tenants, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning through regular follow- ups in a timely manner within the assigned area. Leasing Associate is also responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing all aspects of lease agreement ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
ROLE PROFILE
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing team, including preparing deal instructions, CRM proposals, and managing documentation.
- Coordinate communication between the Leasing department, internal teams, and external stakeholders such as tenants.
- Follow up on pending tasks and issues to ensure deadlines and obligations are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
- Assist in resolving issues related to lease agreements and tenant interactions.
- Support special projects and initiatives within the Leasing department.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively and demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Prepare regular reports on lease status and administrative activities for management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in shopping malls or the real estate sector.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
