Leasing Consultant- Property Management

Role & Responsibilities:

• The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing and lease administration process, assisting with property management operations, and handling residential leasing tasks.
• Showcasing properties, negotiating lease terms, maintaining positive client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
• Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Act as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.
• Business development to identify new property listings Manage a portfolio of listings that you have ascertained.
• Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
• Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective customers.
• Confirm rental application data and personal references stay knowledgeable of the property market status.
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• Provide information on all aspects of properties (expansion, zoning, etc).
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals.
• Other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Education /Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Real Estate
• Experience in Leases and Lease Administration
• Knowledge on real estate process
• Knowledge of Property Management and Residential Leasing
• Working knowledge of Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Internet.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Real estate agent's or broker's license
• Preferable to have a valid UAE driving license.
• Available to start work immediately.
• RERA qualified preferred
