Leasing Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Development Manager to lead strategic leasing initiatives across a diverse property portfolio. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing asset utilization, enhancing portfolio performance, and maximizing long-term value through market-driven leasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leasing & Portfolio Development
- Develop and execute annual leasing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify underutilized or underperforming assets and implement repositioning strategies.
- Evaluate portfolio expansion, redevelopment, and space conversion opportunities.
- Recommend long-term asset optimization initiatives based on market intelligence and performance analysis.
- Ensure leasing initiatives support overall business growth and transformation objectives.
Asset & Tenant Management
- Monitor leasing pipelines and occupancy performance across the portfolio.
- Analyze tenant portfolios to identify retention risks and growth opportunities.
- Develop business cases for new leasing opportunities and asset enhancement projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support maintenance, refurbishment, and leasing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, investors, and key stakeholders.
Market Analysis & Financial Planning
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate leasing trends and opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies and leasing structures to maintain market competitiveness.
- Review financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals.
- Assess high-value leasing opportunities and recommend optimal commercial terms.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare regular leasing performance reports and presentations for senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key leasing metrics and portfolio performance.
- Monitor revenue growth, occupancy levels, tenant retention, and asset performance indicators.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including projects, procurement, facilities, and finance.
- Engage with consultants, investors, regulatory authorities, and service providers as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of leasing development initiatives through effective stakeholder coordination.
Team Leadership
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the leasing function.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real Estate Broker License (RERA) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in leasing, asset management, commercial real estate, or property development.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic leasing plans across large or mixed-use property portfolios.
