Job Description

- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation within the logistics & warehousing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property management and operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on leasing activities, performance metrics, and market conditions.
- Participate in negotiations to secure favourable lease terms for both the company and tenants.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the property department.
