Job Responsibility:
- Build and execute the overall leasing strategy
- Lead, mentor & grow a high-performing leasing team
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and client experience
- Oversee end-to-end leasing operations onboarding, pricing, acquisition & renewals
- Promote digital rent solutions (including RNPL) and strengthen partnerships
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA)
- Use data insights to optimize performance and growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in leasing or real estate operations (23 years in leadership)
- Strong commercial mindset & understanding of the UAE market
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management & communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable championing digital products
- Strategic, analytical, and people-focused leader
