We are hiring a Leasing Manager to join our clients Dubai-based team.
Salary: AED20-25k + Commission
The Leasing Manager will lead the leasing function, driving occupancy, revenue, and client experience. The role requires strategic leadership, team management, and expertise in UAE real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategy; set and monitor KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of leasing professionals
- Oversee full leasing cycle: onboarding, pricing, tenant acquisition, and renewals
- Drive adoption of digital rent solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze performance metrics and ensure compliance with RERA and local regulations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 5+ years in leasing/real estate operations, 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong people management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy; PropTech/FinTech experience preferred
