Job Description

Ajman Retail F.Z.E is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager responsible for maximizing occupancy, rental revenue, and tenant mix through the development and execution of leasing strategies that support the commercial sustainability and long-term asset value of Ajman Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with revenue targets and long-term asset performance.
  • Define tenant mix strategies that balance commercial returns and customer experience.
  • Establish rental benchmarks, leasing policies, and incentive frameworks.
  • Advise executive management on pricing, space utilization, and leasing risks.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Support long-term business planning through revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage the full leasing lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential tenants in line with the approved tenant mix strategy.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations including rental rates, lease terms, incentives, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare leasing proposals, commercial summaries, and approval documents.
  • Coordinate lease approvals with internal governance and management committees.
  • Monitor lease expiries, renewals, and vacant units using leasing trackers.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding and fit-out timelines with Operations and Tenant Relations teams.
  • Maintain accurate leasing documentation, contracts, and records.
  • Monitor market activity and competitor leasing performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepare regular leasing reports covering occupancy, revenue, leasing pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Actively manage underperforming or vacant units to minimize revenue leakage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 810 years of leasing experience in retail or commercial assets.
  • Proven track record in complex lease negotiations.
