Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Strategy & Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income, minimize vacancies, and meet occupancy targets.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise leasing agents, monitoring daily/weekly performance.
- Lease Management: Negotiate new leases, renewals, and lease amendments, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure strict compliance with local regulations (e.g., RERA, Ejari) and manage tenant documentation.
- Marketing & Tenant Relations: Oversee property marketing, conduct viewings, and manage tenant move-ins/move-outs and inquiries.
- Reporting: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years in residential or commercial property leasing with a property management company
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate laws (e.g., RERA in Dubai).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, customer service, and communication skills.
