Job Responsibilities
A Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing activities and maximizing occupancy and revenue. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leasing Operations Management
- Oversee all leasing activities for residential and/or commercial properties.
- Monitor occupancy rates and minimize vacancies.
2. Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to attract tenants.
- Set competitive rental rates based on market analysis.
3. Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Review, prepare, and finalize lease agreements.
4. Tenant Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Handle tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints professionally.
5. Market Analysis
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare reports on leasing performance and market trends.
6. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with maintenance, finance, and legal teams.
- Ensure units are ready for leasing and meet required standards.
7. Performance & Targets
- Achieve leasing targets and revenue goals.
- Work on improving property performance and return on investment (ROI).
