We're looking for a dynamic Leasing Specialist to join STM and play a key role in driving the commercial success of our diverse portfolio. This includes retail spaces across malls, commercial zones within residential communities, and club facilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for attracting high-quality tenants, leading lease negotiations, and closing deals that maximize occupancy and revenue. You will manage the full leasing cyclefrom prospecting and lead generation to contract finalizationwhile ensuring a strong tenant mix that enhances the overall value and positioning of our assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential commercial tenants through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Lead all negotiations for lease terms, including rental rates, lease duration, and tenant improvements, to secure favorable agreements.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of available units, prospective tenants, and lease agreements.
- Work closely with the legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth leasing process.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals and complete all necessary documentation for lease agreements.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate, or a related sales role.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and leasing principles.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
