Develop engaging and effective teaching materials for both lectures and practical laboratory sessions. . Lead practical/laboratory sessions, ensuring student understanding of key scientific principles and techniques. . Focus on excellence in teaching and student mentorship, providing academic and career guidance. . Assess student learning through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback. . Participate actively in curriculum development and review. . Contribute to departmental, college, and university service committees. |
