Role Description

This is a full-time position for a legal advisor based on-site in Kuwait City. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice on a variety of corporate, contract, and regulatory matters, reviewing and drafting legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to address legal matters, liaising with external legal counsel as needed, and staying updated with any changes in the legal and regulatory framework relevant to the operations of CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION (CSCEC).

Educational Qualification/Degree/Major:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent

Specific/Relevant Working Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in construction, engineering, or multinational companies is preferred
• Experience handling contracts, claims, and dispute-related matters
• Familiarity with local labour and commercial laws
