Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Advisor, based in Doha, Qatar. The Legal Advisor will manage legal matters, including providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documents, and addressing labor and employment law issues. The role involves researching legal issues, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and supporting clients or internal stakeholders with effective legal strategies.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Law, including strong analytical skills to interpret legal frameworks
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legally binding materials
- Ability to advise and resolve complex Legal Issues with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated expertise in providing Legal Advice with an emphasis on client-centered solutions
- In-depth understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its application
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; licensed to practice law in Qatar is required
- Experience in a corporate or legal consultancy setting is preferred
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Highly organized and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
