Legal Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor- Corporate Matters to support corporate, M&A, financing, governance, and day-to-day legal operations across multiple jurisdictions within a fast-growing international group.

Key responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day corporate and operational legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise on corporate structuring, governance, and group matters
• Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
• Draft and review shareholder, board, and intercompany documentation
• Support financing, guarantees, and security packages
• Work closely with senior management and external counsel

Ideal Candidate:

• 57 years experience in corporate / M&A (law firm or in-house), experienced in hospitality/F&B/entertainment industry will be highly preferred
• Strong background in governance, transactions, and group structures
• Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction operations preferred
• Commercial, pragmatic, and confident working at senior level
