Job Description: Legal & Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Legal Assistant

Location: Egypt (Remote)

Reports to: Head of Legal & Administrative Affairs

Job Summary

The Legal Assistant provides essential administrative and organizational support to the

legal and administrative team. The role is crucial for maintaining efficient workflow

through document management, scheduling, and assisting with legal & administrative

preparation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital legal files and documentation.
  • Track and manage schedules for court hearings, meetings, and legal deadlines.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing and formatting legal documents and reports.
  • Update and manage legal databases and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department (correspondence,

communication, archiving).

  • Prepare minutes of meetings and handle daily follow-ups.
  • Process and track departmental invoices and expenses.
  • Act as a point of contact between the legal department and other internal

departments

  • Coordinate the tasks parties ensure the department cycle and the workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in law.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
