Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Compliance Officer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Legal Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Daily tasks will include reviewing contracts and legal documents, monitoring regulatory changes, providing compliance training, conducting internal audits, and collaborating with different departments to address compliance issues and maintain legal standards within the organization.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Law or Legal Studies (Master's or LLM is a plus).

-35 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, or regulatory affairs.

-Proven experience working with a Joint Stock Company.

-Previous experience within a Saudi company and strong knowledge of Saudi regulations.

-Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, legal research, and contract review.

-Excellent reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
