Legal Compliance Specialist

Kinetic is working with a leading MultinationalPharmaceutical company who are hiring a Legal & Compliance Specialist to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Support legal strategy development and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with board/committee documentation and corporate legal projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, distribution, agency agreements, etc.)
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across business activities.
• Conduct legal research and support regulatory updates.
• Support implementation of MENA data protection requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and SOPs

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in legal, ethics, data privacy, and compliance functions.
• Prior experience within the life sciences sector, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another regulated industry.
• Strong capabilities in legal drafting, document review, corporate law, and compliance frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of applicable local and international laws and regulatory requirements.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
