Job Title: Legal Consultant Litigation
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on litigation cases from initiation through final judgment.
- Represent clients before courts and judicial authorities, attend hearings, and conduct pleadings.
- Provide legal consultations and draft, review, and advise on legal memoranda, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Prepare accurate and high-quality legal reports and submissions in line with professional standards.
- Apply Saudi laws and regulations practically to litigation matters and disputes.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from authoritative legal sources.
- Identify legal risks and propose appropriate legal solutions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and case files.
- Work and collaborate effectively with the legal team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB).
- Practice License (essential).
- Prior experience in litigation roles within governmental entities or working in law firms represent governmental entities.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Arabic and English Language (essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
