Job Summary
Our client is a full-service legal and notary firm delivering trusted, results-driven solutions for individuals, businesses, and real estate professionals. The firm's experienced team covers criminal, family, and civil law with a client-first approach focused on clarity, confidentiality, and reliable legal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Advise clients on the UAE legal matters (e.g., commercial, corporate, employment, real estate, regulatory). Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on UAE federal and emirate-level legislation. Provide legal opinions and memorandums.
- Document Drafting: Prepare legal documents including pleadings, letters, contracts, MOU, NDAs and settlement agreements.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Guide clients on regulatory filings and compliance with government authorities (e.g., MOE, DED, DIFC, ADGM).
- Litigation Support: Assist litigation team in case preparation. Attend court sessions if required (subject to licensing status).
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with partners, associates and other consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Business Development: Support business development by identifying client needs, preparing proposals and attending client meetings.
Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- Licensed by UAE authorities (e.g., MOJ Legal Consultant Card).
- Experience in a Dubai-based or regional law firm.
- Knowledge of DIFC/ADGM regulations.
- Specialized certifications (e.g., arbitration, compliance).
Essential Skills
- Strong drafting and advisory skills.
- Deep knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
