An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in-house role for a mid to senior M&A/Commercial lawyer who has strong experience running M&A deals independently and rely less on external lawyers.
Open to lawyers around 5-8 yrs PQE. Great benefits including education allowance 80%, family medical and family flights plus bonus and shares. The base salary is dependent on the candidate's PQE and background of deals run independently. We are looking for someone with a solid work history, ideally international law firm trained and Arabic is not a requirement.
