Legal Counsel - Commercial & Contracts (FM)
We are supporting a well-established Facilities Management organization in the search for an experienced Legal Counsel Commercial & Contracts to support complex FM operations and projects.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong contract governance, commercial risk management, and legal compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal and commercial advisory support across FM operations and procurement
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, service contracts, MOUs, JVs, and partnering agreements
- Advise on contractual risk, liability, and mitigation strategies
- Support governance, ethics, compliance, and data protection frameworks
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver commercially sound outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 8+ years corporate/commercial legal experience
- Strong background in commercial contracts and FM / project-related agreements
- Solid understanding of commercial, corporate, procurement, and contract law
- Proven experience in commercial advisory and risk management
