What This Role Is About

Our client, a large conglomerate, is looking for a Legal Counsel, based in Riyadh, to provide strategic legal support and guidance across the business.

This role will be responsible for managing complex legal matters, advising business stakeholders, reviewing and negotiating agreements, and ensuring strong legal governance across the organisation.

You will work closely with leadership teams and internal functions to identify legal risks, provide practical solutions, and support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.

You will also play a key role in strengthening legal processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing trusted legal advice to support the organisation's continued growth.

The Client's Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 8+ years of legal experience
• Saudi legal experience is a must
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, corporate matters, and legal advisory
• Experience supporting complex business operations within a large organisation or conglomerate environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and risk management
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage complex legal matters independently
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
