We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Legal Officer / Jr. Legal Counsel to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, and operational matters, ensuring organizational compliance and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely legal guidance to management and internal departments on corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, legal documents, notifications, legal opinions, and case summaries
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Liaise with external lawyers, courts, regulators, and authorities on legal and compliance matters
- Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal matters
- Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and regulatory laws
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and handling legal matters independently
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
