Legal Affairs Manager (I / II / Senior Manager)

Job Summary
Leads and manages the Legal Affairs function, providing comprehensive legal support and strategic guidance to the organization. The role oversees legal representation, regulatory compliance, contract management, governance alignment, and complex cross-functional legal matters. Works closely with senior management, global colleagues, and external counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational governing structures while supporting operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Legal Affairs Department and legal team.
Develop and execute legal strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Provide full legal representation and oversee all legal matters of the organization.
Manage contract drafting, review, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
Lead complex legal projects across multiple jurisdictions, business units, and subject areas.
Identify, research, and analyze legal risks impacting operations, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Advise management and departments on corporate, labor & employment, governance, intellectual property, licensing, and enterprise-wide risk mitigation matters.
Support jurisdictional expansion and establishment of operations in new territories.
Develop and deliver legal policies, procedures, and training programs.
Supervise internal legal staff and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chief Legal Officer.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) Required
Master's Degree in Law (LLM) Preferred
Experience (Based on Level)
Manager I: Minimum 14 years of relevant legal experience
Manager II: Minimum 12 years of relevant legal experience
Senior Manager: Minimum 16 years of relevant legal experience
