The Opportunity
Following the continued and ambitious growth of our Flexible Legal Services business across the Middle East, we are excited to be recruiting an experienced legal recruiter to join our Flexible Services team as an Account Manager, based in Dubai.
Our Account Managers sit at the forefront of service delivery, working closely with inhouse legal teams across a broad range of sectors, as well as supporting internal Practice Groups with interim resourcing solutions. This permanent role will be the second Account Manager in our Dubai office, reflecting both the continued growth of the team and the office's importance to our Middle East strategy.
The Dubai office is a central hub for our regional growth and plays a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our Flexible Services offering across the Middle East. You'll be joining a highperforming, collaborative and genuinely friendly team, where people are supported to build relationships, develop commercially and make a visible impact. This role is integral to the continued success of Vario in the region and will actively contribute to raising the team's profile in the wider market.
What You'll Do
- Build and grow the Flexible Services offering across the Middle East
- Develop strong candidate pipelines and identify opportunities to promote Flexible Services across Practice Groups, existing clients and the wider external market
- Build, engage and manage a community of Vario consultants in the local market
- Work closely with clients and candidates to match talent to assignments
- Lead assignment briefings and debriefings with clients
- Manage assignment activity and deliver strategic resourcing plans
- Prepare and support fee proposals
- Use internal and external resources to ensure consultants are well prepared and supported on assignment
- Lead fulfilment best practice, driving consistency and quality of service in line with Vario's marketleading reputation
- Proactively drive business development activity across the Middle East market
About You:
- Demonstrable business development experience, including building and maintaining a strong client pipeline
- Background in legal recruitment and/or inhouse legal practice
- Strong understanding of the local Middle East legal services market, with an established regional network
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining the highest levels of client service
- Highly organised, detailfocused and comfortable working within a larger, matrix organisation
- Ideally have experience working within a professional services or law firm environment
