Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Secretary at Abdullah Alajlan Law Firm located in Jeddah.

The Legal Secretary will support the firm's legal operations by handling administrative and clerical tasks, drafting and proofreading legal documents, coordinating with attorneys, and managing communications with clients and judicial platforms.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents and correspondence in both Arabic and English.

Handle submissions, filings, and follow-ups through judicial and governmental platforms.

Manage schedules, diaries, deadlines, and meeting arrangements.

Communicate professionally with clients and external parties through various official channels, including digital platforms when required.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Practical, hands-on familiarity with judicial platforms and legal procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
