We are seeking an experienced bilingual Legal Secretary (English & Arabic) to support a busy legal team within a reputable organisation. This role is ideal for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment and liaising with both Arabic- and English-speaking stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and legal professionals
Prepare, format, translate, and proofread legal documents in English and Arabic
Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls in both languages
Handle document filing, archiving, and version control (physical and electronic)
Coordinate calendars, meetings, court dates, and deadlines
Liaise with courts, government authorities, clients, and third parties
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and general office administration as required
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant (law firm or in-house)
Strong knowledge of legal documentation and terminology
Excellent typing, formatting, and document management skills
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong organisational and time management skills
