Job Description

We are supporting a leading international law firm in Abu Dhabi in their search for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and provide support across multiple practice areas in a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across multiple practice groups, including Projects, Banking, and Corporate.
  • Manage complex diaries, meeting coordination, and scheduling across different teams.
  • Prepare, amend, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Handle client communications professionally and confidentially.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense submissions, and billing support.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and document management using internal systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to fee earners as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple fee earners and practice areas simultaneously.
  • Strong document formatting and administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual candidates (Arabic and English) are strongly preferred, with flexibility on salary for the right person.
