Job Description

Job Purpose:

To act as an effective liaison between the Company and the Law Firm, ensuring smooth legal coordination, timely provision of required documents, and continuous follow-up on legal cases and outcomes, while communicating updates accurately to all concerned parties.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Company and the Law Firm regarding legal matters.

Collect, review, and prepare all legal documents, contracts, and case-related materials.

Provide the Law Firm with all required documents and information in a timely manner.

Follow up on the progress of legal cases and ongoing legal procedures.

Receive case updates and final outcomes from the Law Firm and properly document them.

Communicate legal updates, case statuses, and outcomes clearly to the Company.

Organize, maintain, and archive legal files both physically and electronically with strict confidentiality.

Track legal deadlines, court hearings, and statutory timelines, and ensure timely reminders.

Coordinate meetings and calls between the Company and the Law Firm when needed.

Prepare periodic legal status reports and summaries for management.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in a legal coordination role or working with law firms is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
