This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for a Legislative Counsel. The role involves providing expert guidance on legislative matters, drafting and reviewing legislation, and managing government relations. Key responsibilities include advising clients on legal and regulatory compliance, liaising with governmental entities, and conducting thorough legal research to produce high-quality legislative solutions.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Legislative Affairs, Legislation, and Law
• Familiarity with Governmental Affairs and Government Relations
• Excellent research, analysis, and drafting skills
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations within specific contexts
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Prior experience in legal consulting or legislative development is preferred
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is highly advantageous
