Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven member for our Lender Alliances team at Yubi to lead the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with lenders across UAE. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales - All Yubi Offerings:
- Conduct pre-sales demos of all platforms, including Digital Financing, Credit Marketplace, Mortgage, Supply Chain Finance, AI, Collections and Accumn, to lenders and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure demos are tailored to meet the specific needs of each lender.
- Identify and address any technical or commercial issues that may arise during demos.
Commercial Support:
- Provide commercial support to lead to close agreements with lenders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at lender organizations.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing lenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Ensure that all partnership agreements are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Cross-Sell/Up Sell:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our platforms and services to existing lenders
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing lenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all cross-selling and upselling initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of lender needs and preferences.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve the lender experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to improve lender satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- MBA/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, fintech, SaaS, or banking technology solutions in UAE/ GCC
- Experience working with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Supply Chain Finance, Digital Lending, Securitisation, Collect Tech platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage/ support end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract signing and implementation.
- Experience in stakeholder management, solution consulting, and fintech implementation.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus
