About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Level 3 Engineer to provide expert-level design support, operations leadership, and escalation troubleshooting for large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure environments. The role requires deep technical mastery across F5 load balancing, Infoblox services, Linux systems, virtualization platforms, and network fundamentals, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex system and infrastructure incidents.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, virtualization, and integrated network environments.
  • Design, configure, and support F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM) platforms.
  • Operate and support Infoblox DNS/DHCP services.
  • Provide expert-level Linux (RedHat/CentOS) and VMware (ESXi/vCenter) support.
  • Support routing and switching fundamentals including BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, VRRP, and HSRP.
  • Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale systems environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Experience with design and planning activities.
  • Network assessments and NPM tools exposure.
  • Experience in operations and migrations.
  • Knowledge of CGNAT and CVIM.

Preferred Skills

  • F5 BIG-IP LTM or DNS Certification.
  • RHCE Certification.
