Golden Visa Liaison Executive

Position Overview

As a Golden Visa Telecaller & Admin, you will play a crucial role in driving visa applications, managing client queries, and preparing visa applications and supporting our administrative functions. This position blends telecalling duties with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service. The individual's aim is to close sales, maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets, contributing to the overall business objectives.

The role also entails added responsibility of customer service and handling , which includes meeting customers in person along with agency management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Reach out to all leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our Golden Visa services.
  • Client Inquiries: Answer questions from prospective clients regarding eligibility, requirements, processes, and benefits of the Golden Visa program.
  • Client Coordination: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to keep leads engaged and coordinate between clients, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission and processing of Golden Visa applications.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the Salesforce CRM system to ensure accurate records.
  • Appointment Scheduling and follow-up: Schedule medical appointment with clients and the agency team
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and organize documentations, forms, and reports required for Golden Visa applications.
  • Data management - Maintain and update customer databases with information from the calls.
  • Log all customer interactions, ensuring accurate records for future follow-up and analysis.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales (tele sales or direct sales preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM software or sales databases is a plus. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
  • Prior knowledge of UAE Golden Visa process is an added plus
