Accountabilities
- Architect, maintain, and evolve a Figma component library that powers multiple products.
- Establish and document scalable UI patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration between Figma libraries and codebases.
- Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve usability, and streamline design system workflows.
- Adopt emerging Figma features and front-end innovations.
- Act as a bridge between design and development, ensuring seamless translation from concept to implementation.
- Communicate effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field.
- 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
- Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
