Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Health Insurance Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves providing expert guidance to clients on life and health insurance options, identifying their unique needs, and customizing suitable insurance plans. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with Medicare and health insurance queries, and offering support throughout the insurance lifecycle. The agent will also contribute to the growth of the business through developing and managing insurance brokerage accounts.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Life and Health Insurance, Health Insurance, and Medicare products
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of insurance policies
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks related to insurance and claims
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
