Role Description This full-time, on-site Life Insurance Agent role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Life Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial protection needs, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable coverage options. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing personalized insurance proposals, and supporting clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes. The role involves maintaining strong, long-term relationships with policyholders, providing ongoing service such as policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance. The Life Insurance Agent will collaborate with internal teams, adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards, and contribute to sales targets while upholding Chubb's customer-centric values.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Insurance Sales with a focus on life insurance solutions.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage or working with insurance intermediaries and distribution channels.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance, including budgeting, savings, and long-term financial planning.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and respond to client needs.
• Understanding of Insurance principles, products, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate effectively with local and regional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is an advantage.
